"Why is moon so lonely and still looks so beautiful"

In this magical Pans Labyrinth sort of film Elisa a little girl aged ten, wishes upon a shooting star to see her Dad again. The bright star grants her wish, but in a terrifying way. This imaginative film with monsters, talking dolls, and other magic explores the dark side of the world we live in in a very unique way. Can a deranged loved one turn into a monster. Can all forms of love be justified?

The film was brought to us by Man on Mars.The film actually clocks 10 minutes but do wait for some really beautiful chalkboardy animation in the end credit sequence.
